We are living at a significant time for the life of our country. After the time of overcoming instability and passivity our country should set up high level goals and important objectives for itself. The people’s party “Ak Jol”, which has nominated me to the position of the president, has its strict position and clear vision of the country development.

This is the party of ideas and actions. The party, which combines courageous words with courageous works. The basic resource for development of the Kyrgyz Republic should become partnership through dialogue between the authorities and the society based on the people’s initiative. Only a dialogue between the authorities and the society will give us a chance to mobilize intellect of the nation for development of the decisions, both on the operational issues and on strategic perspectives. Only the partnership will allow not simply combining and increasing greatly our resources. And the people’s initiative is capable to open new horizons of development.

Together we can achieve real independence of our country – we ourselves will define our future. - to assure a balance between human rights, the society, the nature, ancestors and descendants.

- to move consistently ahead to creating of a new, multinational generality. All the ethnic groups, which are involved in the process of forming the new political nation, will have possibility to participate in governing of the country government and to preserve their culture. 
- providing real improvement of the life quality in all regions of the country at the expense of creating new jobs, development of the infrastructure, bringing the industry and the agrarian sectors to the global markets. 
- mobilizing of the intellectual capacity of the nation for assuring an innovative way of development in the near future. We are taking the obligations to protect and strengthen social safety and security. Each citizen of The Kyrgyz Republic should have “a ladder of possibilities”, and those who need should have an efficient and effective system of attention, care and trusteeship. Nobody in the country should be afraid of an old age: secure and safe old age is the debt of the youth. 
- to pursue a steady policy of protecting the property rights and to create a favorable business and investment environment that will create conditions for attraction of additional financial resources in the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and will allow to fully enforce the capacity of the business initiative. We are taking the obligation to return the two-level nature to the educational sector of the country - to create all the opportunities for people to achieve successful life in the society, and the possibilities for the society to provide staff to satisfy its current and future needs and requirements.

We are taking the obligation to carry out determined reforms in the area of governance and public administration. The system of the power based on the principle of “control and counterbalances” will exclude any possibility of the power usurpation and authoritarianism forever. A new system of governance in the environment of quickly changing world will operate for the lead. A dialogue between the authorities and the society will open a way for social, cultural and economic partnership. Competence will become the main criterion for selection of personnel. Control of the society over activity of the authorities will create powerful protecting barriers against corruption.
- carrying out of a judicial reform, a reform of law enforcement bodies, reforms in the areas of healthcare and local governance, as well as public utilities and energy sectors. My vision of development of the Kyrgyz Republic includes strict direction, new ideas, mutual respect and responsibility in the public life, as well as fair and honest governance.
